It takes months, even years of organisation. The venue, flowers, Wedding dress, suits, food, music, MC, etc. It’s a lot of planning, stress and excitement and it all boils down to one special day. With this in mind choosing your Gold Coast Wedding photographer is a really big decision that shouldn’t be taken lightly.

When choosing your photographer keep in mind that not all weddings are the same and not all wedding photographers are the same. Each wedding photographer will have their own unique style and approach and it is important that their style fits into your vision of your day. We would describe our style as “honest”, “unobtrusive” & “creative”.
Honest wedding photography is capturing real, genuine moments as they naturally unfold. Unposed raw emotion. Unobtrusive wedding photography is about being an observer rather than a director with an emphasis on being present and aware to anticipate moments before they happen. Creative wedding photography is a focus on trying to see things creatively. To not approach your wedding with any predisposition but to be open to recognise any unique details which makes this wedding unique for you and your Fiancee.

Your Wedding photographer will be by your side the entire day so it is vital that you feel comfortable around us. Before our clients even commit to booking we like to meet up over a good coffee or a beverage and just have a chat. It’s an opportunity for you to see who we are and see if we gel.
“we will take time to understand exactly what your expectations are…”
Once we are booked its time to nut out the finer details. In the lead up to your wedding we will take time to understand exactly what your expectations are and exactly how you would like us to shoot your wedding. Our job is very much a collaboration between the three of us. Once we understand how you want us to shoot your day, then together we can plan how much time would be ideal to make that happen along with any guidance or planning tips you may need to ensure that you are delighted with your final selection of images.

Couples put a lot of time and effort into planning their wedding, so in the lead up we want to gather as much information as possible so that when the big day comes everything runs smoothly. After you have booked us we will send you an in-depth online questionnaire to fill out. The questionnaire has been designed to capture all the logistical details of the day. 6 weeks before your wedding we will send a reminder to update your questionnaire and book an in-person catchup to go over the final details. It’s a great opportunity for everyone to ask questions. We find that having this system in place means that when the wedding day comes, our clients are really relaxed, safe in the knowledge that we are organised and know exactly what to do.
