When we hire you, who takes our photos?

One of our team of three amazing photographers will be available to capture your day.

Where are you based? Do you travel?

We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia but do travel between Sunshine Coast to Byron Bay. Travel fees do apply for transit over 2 hours return from our business location. Contact us for a quote.

What equipment do you use?

We use the latest professional grade camera equipment with a second backup camera for all weddings. We shoot in RAW, writing all images to a backup card for extra security. Our second shooters also shoot with two cameras.

Are our images watermarked?

No. We do not watermark any of our images.

How much is your booking fee and when is the balance due?

A $750 retainer will reserve your booking date with the full balance due 14 days before your wedding date. If paid in full then the retainer is included in your full balance.

Do I need to provide a shot list?

We prefer not to go through a checklist of shots to capture your day but rather document events as they candidly occur. With this said, our questionnaire will gather the details needed of any must have shots of special moments or people you want us to pay attention too. We have years of experience so you can be assured that we will cover everything that is usually on shot lists anyway.

When does our coverage begin?

Coverage begins at the booked time on your run-sheet. That will be our arrival time. Sometimes we like to be early and get into shooting but that wont affect your coverage start time.

Do you need to feed us?

Yes please! It's an eventful day for us and we don't get much opportunity to refuel so we would appreciate a meal. Your venue will have vender meals.

Do you offer prints or albums?

No, we don't offer prints or albums. All our images are the highest resolution for you to send to your printer of choice.
