We’re here to make your journey from “engaged” to “I do” as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below, you’ll find a sneak peek into our process and what you can expect when you choose us to capture your special day.

Our goal is to capture the essence of your relationship, ensuring that your wedding photos reflect your true personalities.
How to Get Started
Most clients start by filling out our contact form on our website. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll reach out via email to schedule a time for a phone or Zoom call, depending on your preference. This initial call is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your wedding plans, and answer any questions you might have about our services.
Consultation & Planning
During our consultation, we’ll dive into the details of your big day. Whether it’s a traditional wedding or something more unique, we’ll discuss the number of guests, locations, and what’s most important to you—be it bridal photos, candid moments with guests, or something else entirely. This conversation helps to give us a clear idea of your vision.
Securing Your Date
When you’re ready to book, we’ll send over a quote and contract. Once you’ve reviewed and accepted the quote a $750 retainer will secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the wedding. You’ll have access to an online portal where you can view payment details, update questionnaires, and check your remaining balance. For those who haven’t booked a venue yet, don’t worry—you can still book with us, as we have a team capable of covering multiple dates.
Gathering Details
After signing the contract and paying the deposit, you’ll receive a few questionnaires that help us get to know you better as a couple and understand how your day is planned. These questionnaires cover everything from your personal interests to the specific details of your wedding day. As we get closer to your big day, you’ll receive a reminder to update any final details, and we’ll organise a final chat to go over the timeline based on the information you’ve provided.
The Wedding Day
By the time your wedding day arrives, all of the planning and organisation has already been taken care of. Our focus on the day is to capture the natural moments as they unfold, stepping in with gentle direction only when necessary. Our aim is to be unobtrusive, allowing you to enjoy your day while we ensure your photos reflect the true essence of your celebration.
Post-Wedding
A few days after your wedding, you can expect a sneak peek of your images on our social media, which you’re welcome to share. Full delivery of your images typically takes 6-8 weeks, or 8-10 weeks during busy periods. The final images will be delivered via an online gallery, which you can download and share with family and friends. While we don’t offer prints or albums, all images are high-resolution, allowing you to create your own products with vendors of your choice.
